Projectile Motion
By definition, it is a form of motion in which an object or particle (called a projectile) is thrown near the earth's surface, and it moves along a curved path under the action of gravity only.
Projectile can be observed everywhere
...it can be an object that is cast, fired, flung, heaved, hurled, pitched, tossed, or thrown. this may include a baseball that has been pitched, batted, or thrown.
